We are located in the North Bay area of Scarborough and we’re just a leisurely stroll from Peasholm Park, Scarborough town centre and the long sandy beach of North Bay. The historic harbour and lighthouse are just around the bay and here you can appreciate the delights of the many restaurants, cafes and bars that Scarborough has to offer. Breakspeare House is perfectly located for exploring many local attractions either on foot or in the car and is very family friendly.
