Perfectly located in the Peasholm area of Scarborough, we’re only a short stroll away from both the

town centre and the sandy beach.

You can enjoy Scarborough’s many restaurants, bars and tourist attractions either on foot or in the car. 

Scarborough’s stunning North Bay beach is located within 5 minutes’ walk away. Here you can enjoy a leisurely lunch or perhaps brave the North Sea with some of the country’s hardiest surfers!

Breakspeare House is run by Rob and Jo along with their little helper Oscar. Rob hails from Scarborough so is filled with local knowledge and Jo has lived here for over 20 years. Having met in Scarborough it was decided the coast was the place to settle!
