MASTER BEDROOM
A spacious and comfortable master room complete with king sized bed with luxury orthopaedic mattress. This room oozes style and with tones of the coast, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day.

- Large window to let in lots of natural light
- Solid Oak Furniture including; double wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and bedside cabinets.
- Sleeps 2
- Option to add a travel cot to this room (for under 2's)
ENSUITE BEDROOM
A beautiful double room at the front of the property with a large bay window. Relaxed tones and soft edges provide a peaceful atmosphere. This room benefits from its own ensuite complete with; shower, sink with storage, mirror and WC.

- 1 Double bed with orthopaedic mattress
- Open wardrobe with hanging space and shelving.
- Bedside drawers with lamp
TWIN BEDROOM
Our twin room provides guests with the comfort and flexibility they need. This is an ideal option for friends, relatives or children.
The bed is a zip and link bed so can be made up as either two single beds or as a king sized bed. This gives the room flexibility without compromising on space or comfort.

- 2 single beds / 1 king sized bed (please advise at time of booking
which option you require)
- Solid oak bedroom furniture including, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside drawers.
LIVING ROOM
A spacious and cosy living room with tones of the sea which will instantly make you feel relaxed and calm. Two comfortable settees are the perfect place to sit, relax and unwind after a busy day exploring Scarborough. A 43 inch Smart television means that you can access a wide range of channels as well as logging on to many apps and also gives you access to stream your own Netflix or Prime accounts. The room benefits from a large bay window that brings in lots of natural light.
KITCHEN
A superb open plan space at the rear of the property with sliding patio doors that open out on to an enclosed rear patio area. This room benefits from the morning sunshine, making it the perfect place to start your day and enjoy a coffee and some breakfast. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you would expect, including: an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. There's also a full array of crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils for you to use during your stay.
DINING AREA
A large modern dining area with a modern table that takes centre place and comfortably seats 6 guests. This dining area overlooks the kitchen and the outdoor space. The perfect place to sit and eat, drink and chat.
There's also a comfortable settee with side table and telephone charging points.
The perfect place to sit and relax with a drink and watch the 43 inch Smart TV that sits on the opposite wall.
